The following methods of contacting the ZONE can be used to get help and support while you are taking a ZONE course or for inquiring about a ZONE course or the ZONE itself, or you can use the form below. Please refer to the Zone Office Hours to determine when support will be available.

Zone Chat clients are monitored during normal zone support hours. If you already have a Yahoo, AIM, MSN, Google Talk, or Skype account, you can contact the ZONE using the ID's provided above. If you do not already have a chat account and chat client software, you will need to download one and set up an account. The following are links to the various providers. Which you choose is up to you. It is a matter of preference; they all operate in about the same way, except Skype supports live audio and video.
